About the Mic

We present to you Comic, Interrupted, the open mic with a twist! Hosted by Dave Williams and Lexis Shardé, this mic tests your wit, timing, and ability to think on your feet. Comics take the stage to perform their set—but be warned, our charming hosts may “interrupt” at any time! It’s all in good fun, creating a wild and unpredictable night of comedy that keeps everyone laughing. Audience members also have an opportunity to heckle you upon tipping you. It's a fun interactive experience.

For local comedians who have never performed with Lexy’s Comedy Club, this open mic doubles as your opportunity to audition for future paid shows and bookings. ALL LEVELS OF TALENT ARE WELCOME!

Good Things To Know

• Free Entry For ALL COMICS! Comics that are not pre-signed up must email LOL@LexysComedyClub.com by 6:00 PM the day of the mic to receive their free ticket. No Exceptions.

• Anyone can put their name in the Bucket before or during the show. Names will be drawn live during the show at which the drawn comic will perform immediately.

• Returning comics or comics whom have performed with the hosts before are expected to work only new material.

• Pre-signed up comics are reserved 5 comped tickets for friends and family. They must email their guests full names and email addresses to LOL@LexysComedyClub.com by 6:00 PM the day of the mic to receive their free tickets. No Exceptions.

• This is an open mic, there is no pay, but tips are collected throughout the night and will be split evenly amongst the pre-signed up comics.

• Pre-signed up comics will receive a comped beverage.

• Pre-signed up comics who wish to help promote have the option to pre-sell tickets online and keep 100% of their net sales.
